Hello and welcome to my website!

My name is Caspar Chen, a freshman at Yale University passionate about using technology to solve real-world problems.​

 

My interest in building and programming began in high school. As Co-Founder for my VEX Robotics team, I led programming and design as we competed at the Illinois state competition. I was also a research intern, developing data-collection tools for tinnitus studies at Loyola University Chicago and lymphoma research at the University of Turin.

​

Beyond engineering, I led in my community as Vice President of Student Council and Glenview’s Got STEAM, where I designed workshops to inspire younger students.

 

In my free time, you can find me​ running, juggling, or doing both at the same time.​
